1. Service Description

ELEARNINGATE provides a cloud-hosted learning management system including course delivery, user management, compliance tracking, reporting, and certification management.

2. Subscription & Pricing

All plans are billed monthly or annually. Pricing is based on active learner count. No hidden fees, no per-course charges.

3. Data Protection & GDPR

ELEARNINGATE is fully GDPR compliant. All data is hosted in UK data centres with encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time. Data export is available for 30 days following cancellation.
