Our Story
ELEARNINGATE was born from frustration. After years in L&D wrestling with overcomplicated LMS platforms, our co-founders Brian Garner, Martyn Veitch and Vikram Katyani saw the same problems everywhere: clunky interfaces, hidden fees, support teams who didn't know your account.
There had to be a better way.
So we built the LMS we wished we'd had—powerful enough for enterprise, simple enough to actually use, with pricing you can understand.

Brian Garner
Founder & CEO — UK
Brian has spent over two decades inside L&D and learning technology — leading training programmes, rolling out enterprise LMS platforms, and supporting organisations across education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. After years of wrestling with overcomplicated tools, hidden fees, and faceless support, he founded ELEARNINGATE to build the LMS he wished he'd had: powerful enough for enterprise, simple enough for a busy training manager, and backed by people who actually pick up the phone. Brian leads the business across the UK, working directly with clients to make sure every implementation delivers real, measurable outcomes.
Martyn Veitch
Co-Founder & MD — Ireland
Martyn co-founded ELEARNINGATE and leads the business in Ireland, bringing decades of experience across operations, client services, and learning technology delivery. He has worked with organisations of every size — from fast-growing SMEs to large multi-site employers — helping them roll out training that actually lands with their people. At ELEARNINGATE, Martyn owns the strategic direction in Ireland, manages key client relationships, and ensures every customer gets the personal, hands-on support that bigger LMS vendors simply cannot match. His focus is straightforward: make compliance and learning effortless, and make every client feel like our only client.
Vikram Katyani
Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Vikram co-founded ELEARNINGATE to bring two decades of experience in digital platforms and 15+ years in the LMS space directly into the product. He has helped architect enterprise learning ecosystems, Health & Safety SaaS solutions, and AI-powered learning and automation platforms used by global organisations. Alongside ELEARNINGATE, he is also the founder of IntelliMinds Digital, an AI consulting and implementation firm helping organisations identify, build, deploy and support practical AI solutions in production environments. At ELEARNINGATE, he leads product vision, solution architecture, and AI-driven course creation, helping organisations turn new compliance requirements into deployable courses in days rather than months.
